Erwin Driessen
Senior Programmer Analyst
Erwin brings over 10 years of experience to Zaneray from having worked at such companies as Intel, Nike, and other internet consulting firms. He enjoys using both Java and quality Open Source technologies to create effective solutions. When not programming, Erwin can be found cycling along Montana roads, spending time with his family or building their log home.

Reed Gregerson
President
Reed brings over 25 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, including 20 years in system and software development. Reed's employment history includes being an outdoor industry sales representative, owning an outdoor goods manufacturing operation, managing several retail operations, has held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a luggage manufacturer, and has held several positions in corporate Information Systems at Patagonia and Egghead.com. Reed holds degrees in both Business and Computer Science. Besides being a techy-gearhead, Reed enjoys spending an inordinate amount of time outdoors riding bicycles, fly fishing, telemarking/snowboarding and taking care of his property.

Dean Hamilton
VP Technology
Dean has over 20 years software development experience. He has worked with many of the major (and many of the minor) platforms, languages, operating systems, and protocols of the Internet. His breadth of knowledge gives him the valuable talent of being able to create solutions that have others still guessing.

Kimberly Hockaday
SEO Specialist & Programmer
Kim has spent the past 6 years making search engine optimization her passion.  Combined with her self-taught skills as a programmer, Kim makes it her mission to stay on top of and figure out how the search engines index and rank web sites and then applies them to ZaneRay sites.  Being more of an art form than an exact science, Kim utilizes her analytical background as her weapon of choice.  Kim holds a masters degree in Chemistry and a minor in Mathematics  with gorilla degrees in search engine optimization and programming.

Miriam Lewis
Office Manager
Miriam's management and business background is in food and beverage - a great fit for working at Zaneray. She was primarily hired for her expert culinary and mixology skills but, as an added bonus, brings organizational and management skills to the table.

When she is not at work, she spends time with her family in the mountains, on the river and on the trail.

Jeremiah Martin
Interface Designer
Jeremiah has extensive design experience in both web and print disciplines. This, combined with strong CSS/XHTML layout and Flash skills ensure that sites are cutting edge on the surface as well as under the hood.

Shane Pitts
Programmer

Shane started with ZaneRay in 2010 and has proven to be a rising star. He can handle some pretty hard core server-side tasks, but can also tune the little things that make a site look and work the way it is supposed to. We are just getting to know the depth of Shane's capabilities, but have yet to reach the bottom. Shane is one of the few that can say he grew up in the great state of Montana, and fully intends to stay here for some time.

Penny Porterfield
Dir. Operations & Business Development

Penny has over 20 years of corporate and management experience holding Vice President and Director positions in Product Development, Operations and Marketing in both the online and GIS industries. Fostering ideas and attending to the details of project management is an expertise Penny has refined over the years. Penny is able to take the simple to complex technical concepts and communicate them in lay terms that even your grandparents would understand.

When Penny isn't in the office, she is busy with her two kids Grace and Cole, teaching them the skills of happiness and survival in Montana - skiing, rafting, hiking and exploring nature in general.

Matt Reynolds
Programmer
Matt started with ZaneRay in the spring of 2011, and we are excited to have him on board. Matt hails from New York, and was most recently working for The NY Post and NBC. We asked him to stop wearing a suit and perhaps grow a beard, and are confident he will soon fit in perfectly.

Henry Roberts
VP Creative
Henry has been writing code since his grandmother handed down her TSR-80 in 1986.  Since sophmore year in high school he began working in varying forms of electronic publishing, and began developing for the web in 1994. Today his skills are spread across all that is needed to design, assemble, and program internet commerce applications.  Henry is also a student of the business of the web and has become immersed in studying and tuning analytics to optimize our sites for the best return on investment.  He now spends a lot of his energy dreaming up new ways to engage on-line users in a unique and compelling manner.

Henry was named Moustache Mayor five times in May 2008 and 2009.

Brennan Sandusky
Software Engineer
Brennan comes to us with well over 10 years of programming experience and works in several areas for ZaneRay including systems integrations, ztools in zcommerce, server and network management and anything else that requires a heavy lifting java programmer.

When he is not at work you can find him on the trail riding one of his self-built bikes enjoying the beauty of Montana.

Pete Thomas
Senior Designer
Pete brings over 18 years of design experience to the team. He's dabbled in advertising, print campaigns, copywriting, the Web, magazines, photography, logo systems and even award-winning illustration work. Holding a degree in advertising, he not only focuses on the aesthetic, but also in reaching his audience to the point of action. Always a sponge to learn more, the ZaneRay Group will keep Pete plenty busy. When he's not working, you'll find him out in the woods somewhere moving around fast.
