The ZaneRay Group Recognized in OUTSIDE’s Best Places to Work 2015
This morning Outside Magazine released their annual list of "100 Best Places to Work" and ZaneRay is ecstatic to say we made the list for the third time in the last four years! Each year, OUTSIDE recognizes the top 100 companies in the United States that help their employees strike the ideal balance between work and play. These companies encourage employees to lead an active lifestyle, are eco-conscious, and prioritize giving back to the community. The entire list of winners appears on Outside Magazine's website.
“Having a great place to work here in Whitefish is reward in itself, but getting the Outside Magazine Best Place to Work award is certainly a welcome treat for running our company the way we think all companies should be run ” - Reed Gregerson - ZaneRay President
Flexible schedules, fun group activities, great clients and exciting web projects all contributes to the quality of work that ZaneRay produces. We have an incredibly talented team that kick out world-class web designs and technical solutions, all from our beautiful mountain home. Having great brands like Patagonia, Nixon, Lands' End, Skullcandy, evo, Buck Knives, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and Filson to name a few, makes the work that more exciting, challenging and rewarding all at the same time. This killer combination of great staff and clients are why ZaneRay continues to be a great place to work.
“As with any business, we are faced with the realities of payroll, cash flow, competition and making sales. And sometimes we have work that isn't the most thrilling. But we've learned that we can deal with those realities and still look forward to work. We have great customers because we go out of our way to retain them. Flexible work hours don't really cost us anything, but they are invaluable to folks with kids or those that want to mountain bike mid-day. It does help that we live in Montana, where skiing or fishing are practically out the front door. We have a couple profit incentive plans that give us all motivation. A good place to work means employees stick around longer, which is also good for business: our customers appreciate a familiar voice on the phone every time they call.” - Reed Gregerson.
