If you are an active woman, you have probably come across a Title Nine catalog or possibly one of their stores. They are known for their collection of active apparel, swimsuits and sports bras. In addition to carrying their own line of clothing, they also also carry other top brands including Patagonia, Toad & Co., Prana and Kuhl.

As a fan of Title Nine, ZaneRay approached the brand as they were embarking on a website redesign for launch in 2017. The T9 website is on the Kibo platform and the brand was setting out to upgrade to Kibo’s latest responsive release. ZaneRay and Title Nine teamed up in early 2016 to create a new, fresh look and feel to the website, following the latest Kibo responsive templates and current T9 branding.

The new site is scheduled to launch in Q1 of 2017 and will heavily improve upon the brand’s mobile customer experience, one of the primary goals of the project. Another goal was to update and modernize the look and feel of the website and highlight the brand’s use of ‘real active women’ for their models in their lifestyle imagery. The new site employs full width lifestyle images and larger product imagery, along with enhanced navigation elements for a better browsing experience on all devices.

ZaneRay was able to interpret Kibo responsive layouts and options for a best presentation and user experience for the new Title Nine website. To enable the Kibo development team, ZaneRay delivered design files using Sketch and Zeplin, essentially kickstarting the work. Title Nine is working with the Kibo development team to complete the site migration and development for their impending launch.

“The team at Title Nine were great to work with and had a very strong handle on their brand and how they wanted this next generation website to present their company and exciting product line,” commented Penny Porterfield, project manager for the redesign. “Our design team did a fantastic job guiding T9 through the Kibo platform and responsive display options. We certainly pushed the designs as far as we could.”

Stay tuned for an update to this client profile once the new site launches!
