Complete Nutrition selected The ZaneRay Group to design and develop a new online website that gave the brand the ability to promote their mission, support all of their retail locations and offer their customers access to their products anytime, anywhere.
Optimized heavily for mobile devices, the Complete Nutrition website guides first time users through a product finder that suggests the best combination of products to start the customer journey to the fitness goals they are trying achieve. As a core omnichannel strategy for Complete Nutrition, the website is highly supportive of their retail locations with robust individual store pages that include reviews, the latest social media posts and the ability for a customer to set the store as their home store—linking customers to retailers. Future enhancements will include CN Club points as a new loyalty program where customers can purchase products using their points either online or at a retail store—creating a highly integrated customer experience.
ZaneRay developed the site using a combination of the commercetools eCommerce platform and the zFoundation Commerce Suite CMS. This highly effective combination offered Complete Nutrition a high degree of flexibility in the presentation using ZaneRay’s ‘brick’ technology of component driven content. With the cloud-based commercetools, the Complete Nutrition tech team were able to perform much of the integration work themselves for their back end systems. A true winning combination.
